At Suncoast Steamers LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional cleaning services with honesty, transparency, and care for our customers’ properties. This Damage Claims & Liability Policy is designed to clearly outline responsibilities, set expectations, and ensure fair handling of any concerns.


Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitations of Liability

Suncoast Steamers LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent or hidden defects, improper installation, structural or subfloor issues, loose or compromised tiles, deteriorated grout, or normal wear and tear.

Cleaning processes may sometimes reveal underlying conditions that were not visible prior to service. These conditions may become apparent due to moisture exposure, vibration, temperature changes, appliance movement, or regular household use. Such discoveries are not caused by the cleaning process and are outside our responsibility.


Inspections & Documentation

As part of our standard operating procedure:

  • A visual inspection is performed before and after service.

  • Technicians document visible conditions when identified.

  • Photographs may be taken to record the condition of service areas.

If damage is present or observed at any time during service, it is reported immediately.


Damage Claim Requirements

To be considered valid, any damage claim must meet the following requirements:

  • The claim must be reported immediately, either before the technician leaves the property or within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Claims reported after this timeframe are presumed unrelated to the service performed.

  • Claims must be supported by reasonable evidence showing the damage occurred during the service.

  • All claims are subject to inspection. An inspection does not imply fault, liability, or acceptance of responsibility.

Suncoast Steamers LLC reserves the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence or technical basis.

Payment as Confirmation of Service

Payment for services provided by Suncoast Steamers LLC constitutes confirmation that the service was completed to the customer’s satisfaction at the time of completion.

By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that:

  • The service has been performed as agreed

  • The work area was available for inspection upon completion

  • No visible damage was observed or reported prior to the technician’s departure

  • The service and property condition were accepted at the time of payment

 

Any damage claims not reported prior to payment or within the applicable reporting timeframe are presumed unrelated to the service performed.


Excluded Causes of Damage

Suncoast Steamers LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Impact from dropped objects

  • Appliance movement or shifting

  • Structural settling or vibration

  • Subsurface or hidden material failure

  • Improper installation or prior repairs

  • Delayed reporting of damage (before  24 hours of service completion)

  • Actions by third parties after service completion


Resolution & Reviews

Suncoast Steamers LLC does not offer refunds, discounts, or compensation in exchange for the removal, modification, or suppression of online reviews. Requests of this nature will not be considered.

We encourage open, professional communication and will always review concerns in good faith when reported properly and supported by evidence.


Acknowledgment of Policy

By scheduling, accepting, and paying for services provided by Suncoast Steamers LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Damage Claims & Liability Policy.

This policy does not limit any rights provided under Florida law but establishes reasonable procedures for reporting and evaluating damage claims.
